Planned Schedule for Conference Weekend

Friday 13th PM Meet and Greet at the University followed by a Meal  at Days All You Can Eat Restaurant in Brighton
 
Saturday 14th AM 1st Conference Session in the Fulton Building followed by a Buffet Lunch
 
Weekend guests can travel into Brighton to shop in the Lanes
PM A chance to visit Brighton
  • Visit Brighton Pavilion
  • Try the i360 Observation Tower
  • Local walks and Shopping
EVE Join Brighton & Sussex IVC at their Summer Disco/Dance and Buffet Party at the Swan Inn
 
Sunday 15th AM 2nd Conference Session in the Fulton Building followed by a Buffet Lunch (storage provided for cases etc.)
 
Weekend guests can come on a local bus tour around Brighton
PM Walk in the local Area


Conference AGM Meeting Costs

FREE - Club Delegates (Attending and voting at the aIVC AGM Meeting)      
 - Up to two delegates per club
 - Free, Inc. Tea/Coffee/Lunch

CHARGEABLE - Club Observers (Attending and speaking at the aIVC AGM Meeting)     
 - For Sat or Sun only (one day) we will be charging £18 per head
 - For Sat and Sun (both days) we will be charging £30 per head
 - This will cover Tea/Coffee/Lunch and paperwork for the meeting(s)

Please send your payments above for Observers to the AIVC Treasurer (treasurer@ivc.org.uk) or Conference Organiser (conference@ivc.org.uk) as appropriate.

Conference meeting venue

In the Fulton Building, a purpose built lecture hall (100 plus people can be seated)

We have a separate (lockable) room for Lunch, we can store baggage in it, on the Sunday
